Start publishing with Cookory
This guide takes you from a downloaded theme file to your first recipe publication.
Before you begin
You need an active Ghost site and access to its admin area. Keep your Cookory theme file ready to upload.
Install Cookory
- Open your Ghost Admin dashboard.
- Go to Settings → Design.
- Choose Change theme, then upload the Cookory theme file.
- Activate Cookory when the upload completes.

Set the foundations
Add your publication title, navigation, and branding in Ghost Admin. Then create a recipe post and use the Cookory-specific content patterns from this documentation.
